Our service

Lovely IT sells digital AI tools and subscriptions priced in Bangladeshi Taka. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Payments

• Payments are made by bKash/Nagad Send Money or from your Lovely IT wallet.
• Send the exact amount shown and submit the correct transaction ID. Wrong amounts or numbers may need manual review.
• Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash unless we agree to it.

Delivery and warranty

• Most products are delivered automatically; some need manual delivery.
• Warranty follows the terms shown on each product. Claims are handled through WhatsApp support.

Refunds

If we cannot deliver a paid order, the amount is refunded to your wallet. Delivered digital products are not refundable except under warranty.

Acceptable use

You must follow each tool's own terms. Fraud, payment abuse or reselling account access in breach of those terms can lead to account suspension.

Changes

We may update prices, products and these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
